In support of the local Arts and the "Buy Local" initiative in our Rockford community, Edgebrook is hosting, "Artsy", a one day Arts & Crafts Exhibit including the Edgebrook merchants and over 50 vendors featuring arts, crafts, jewelry, food and live entertainment. Vendors will also be demonstrating what goes into the creative process! This year we are partnering with the Rockford Etsy Team and utilizing social media efforts, so follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest to stay up to date with items for purchase at this event.
Anyone interested in being a vendor in the show, please fill out and submit the application below. Last day to submit is May 9, 2013:

More than 50 arts & crafts exhibits displaying a variety of art, jewelry, crafts, clothing, food and much more. Live music happening all day Saturday and Sunday by InkaPirka, along with Dr. T., Carl Cole, & Evon Sams playing 12-3p Saturday and Derek Luttrell playing 12-3p on Sunday!
Enjoy a cup of hot apple cider and fresh cinnamon donuts while browsing our unique tents and shops.
This 7th annual costume contest and parade is FREE to the public. Featuring Jeanie B (childrens' award winning, singing sensation) from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, lots of live kid-friendly entertainment, activities and awards given out for best costume in different categories, with one Trek 20 bicycle being awarded to best overall costume of the day.
Homemade costumes are preferred, but not required.

Tree Lighting
& Open House Tree Lighting
Friday, Nov. 15, 2013 - 5 pm to 7 pm Open House
Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 - 12 pm to 4 pm
We kick off the Holiday Shopping season with our annual Tree Lighting ceremony and Open House. This event is broadcast on the local news and is great fun for the whole family.
The Tree Lighting is happening Nov. 16th from 5-7pm. Come enjoy the festivities with our Edgebrook merchants, the WREX news team & Santa too. The official lighting will happen at 6pm. There will also be live musical entertainment provided by Boylan High School at 5pm and Lutheran High School at 6pm. Bring a gift of at least one can good/perishable item and enter into a drawing to win a $100.00 Edgebrook Gift Certificate. The winner’s name will be drawn and announced on WREX during their live weather remote at 6pm that evening.
The Open House is on Saturday from 12pm to 4pm and is a great way to see all the unique items the merchants have to offer. Santa will be visiting our friends at Infinitely Sweet from 1-4pm. There will also be a photo opportunity and toy given to all the good girls and boys. We also have a high schoolers painting merchant windows, Dr. T. featuring Carl Cole and Rockford Lutheran students singing carols throughout the day.
